IMAGINE
Waking up each day feeling energized, confident, and in control of your health.
So many of us have been told that WE are the problem:
("if you want to lose weight, just do it!")
Â
Weâve been told itâs our fault.Â
That weâre eating the wrong food, eating too much, making the wrong choices, not exercising enough.Â
That we secretly want to have the weight. That weâre not trying hard enough.
That weâre self-sabotaging.
Weâre self-sabotaging by eating carbs (even though other people can eat carbs and not gain weight.)Â
Weâre self-sabotaging by having snacks (even though other healthy people snack.)
Weâre self-sabotaging by not doing the right exercises (even after trying a bunch of different exercises and hating them or  feeling crappy doing them, or somehow not being able to continue.)
Blame and shame donât help people lose weight and exercise more.
We get it!
- You are at the end of your rope and struggling with body image and weight loss.
- You have tried everything and nothing works long term, or at all.
- You feel like youâre predestined to look the way you look because thatâs what happens in your family.
- You feel like thereâs nothing you can do other than accept the blame that itâs your fault, and accept your fate.
- You feel doomed to always look the way you look and have only the level of energy you have now.
- You are an âemotional eaterâ and no matter what youâve tried, you donât know what to do about it.
- You feel like you âself-sabotageâ when it comes to weight, exercise, and healthy eating
What if we told you we have a new way, and the results people are getting are blowing our minds...
INTRODUCING
WHY WEIGHT Part 2!
7 weeks of an entirely new way to work on weight, body image, body composition, exercise and food.Â
The Why Weight class with you guys is just absolutely incredible. Every week I can feel the shifts. Itâs exactly what I needed. Plus you guys are just so fun.
- CARLYÂ -
I havenât had such a visceral release after a process like that. I went into neutral, then I knew it was big because I started crying after that, and I didnât even know why.
- HSÂ -
Iâm down 8 pounds since this has started. And Iâve worn my belt on the same notch for 30 years and this past weekend it slid right into a tighter notch.
- TROY L -
 This is for you if:
Â
Youâve been feeling stuck; if youâre at the end of your rope and canât figure out why you feel the way you do about your body, your eating habits, your energy levels, and your general behaviour around how you treat exercise and food.
Youâre ready to get an unprecedented and profoundly deep understanding of why you view food, exercise, and your body the way you do.
You're excited to create a brand new level of possibility about those perspectives.
Youâve tried the âforced and failed,â repetitive, deprivation-based approaches to any or all of those areas and have seen fleeting results at best.Â
You want to approach any or all of these areas with a sustainable, positively anchored and internally-driven new perspective that feels good to you when you think of it, and even better to you when you follow it.
Youâre really looking to create sustainable and effective new attitudes and behaviours that feel inspiring instead of depleting.
Youâre ready to address some of the basics (cravings, food choices, exercise habits) but also immerse yourself in clearing the issues underlying those patterns.

HI! We are Dana & Colleen
Â
Colleen and Dana have dedicated their time, energy and passion towards becoming professional listeners, and theyâre highly sought after to use and teach conscious communication in all aspects of their work.Â
Dana created The Black Belt Mind in part to emphasize the importance and value of building your ability to authentically and transparently listen to yourself, and how this in turn directly impacts your ability to actually hear and listen to others.Â
Colleenâs use of NAP (the New Agreement Process) allows her to help you clear old issues as they arise in a class, letting you step forward with an increasingly clean slate.
Some things have changed doing this class.I havenât been weighing myself for the last 6 weeks, but after the holiday weekend I checked and I was down 7 or 8 pounds. It feels good to feel like that set point is no longer my set point. I donât have to finish work and then rest on the sofa a whole lot just to be able to get through the rest of the evening. Iâve got energy. Iâm doing exercise classes I havenât done in a long time. Iâm doing yard work just for fun because Iâve got energy and it just feels really good and really hopeful.
- SALÂ -
I got in 47 kms on my bike last week. It wasnât a struggle. I did 4 km and I thought âtoday Iâm going to do 10k. Great. Done.â And it was just such a different feeling for me. I love being active. Me wanting to sleep all the time, it just kind of went away. Iâve been doing the dishes at night before going to bed. Things are starting to fit better. Most meals Iâm cooking at home during the week. I feel rested when I wake up in the morning. I just feel more alive again. Itâs just been a big switch for me.
- ROBIN LÂ -
I didnât think much had changed for me and then I had this realization that before I was literally sleeping 20 hours a day. So the fact that yesterday I only napped one hour and I spent the whole day cleaning my house and preparing healthy food. Thatâs huge. Thatâs huge because six months ago, a year ago, that wasnât happening. And even though I still have a ways to go, it feels easier and small changes are happening naturally.
- A.MANDAÂ -

- Ease around making healthier choices because you want to, not because you have to
- A refreshed, revitalized, and realistic attitude and perspective towards making your health / fitness / nutrition goals easier to identify and attain
- A shift in perspective around the shame and blame that has anchored you in unhealthy behaviours
- A recognition that you are allowed to release the patterns that kept you feeling out of control
- An understanding that you are not and have not been the problem
- A new sense of freedom to pursue your health / body image goals for the right reasons this time
- A sense of lightness and excitement around your new possibilities
Can you see yourself at your peak health, radiating vitality and living your best life?
What is NAP?
The New Agreement Process is a simple ârepeat after meâ process that tracks trauma back to its roots. Itâs a multifaceted, interdisciplinary healing experience that leads to lasting change and rapid transformation.
This class also uses Ancestral NAP to help you clear issues on a deeper level than ever before.
