Bacteria are your friends (the video edition)
Last post we talked about how viruses can help people evolve, talked about how wild DNA changes are, and promised you a video with more info!

And that may sound boring, but it's actually really suuuuper cool and fascinating and we promise that Colleen gives you the fun bits, not just the $20 science words. It also has big ramifications for your health, healing, wellness, and reasons to be hopeful.

We've had people say that they want more NAP than Pop-up NAP offers, with more depth, but their schedules don't allow for a 6 or 7 week commitment.
SO...in 2025 we will introduce NAP Intensives!
Some topics, like the Why Weight group, need a bunch of time to settle into and dig through and explore and move.
Some topics are less of a long walk on a country road, and more of a short run: jump in, go hard, go home.
(Fun fact, Colleen strongly voted for "NAP Sprint" as the name and literally nobody agreed. So, NAP Intensives it is!)
Our question for you: 2 or 3 weeks, which would be better?
